Who we are
Misiki Technologies LLP (Gopinath Nilaya, Block Road, Kuarmunda, Sundergarh, Odisha 770039) operates Data Mirror and is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we do not collect
The Software is self-hosted. The records it replicates, your database credentials, your schemas and your connection settings stay inside your own environment. They are never transmitted to us, and we have no technical means of reading them.
This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Information you give us through the contact form
When you submit the enquiry form on our website, we collect:
- your full name (required)
- your work email address (required)
- your company or organisation (optional)
- the use case you describe in the free-text field (optional)
The submission is sent to our server and delivered as a message to a private Telegram chat that only our team can read. We use it solely to answer your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Information collected when you buy a licence
Purchases happen on Gumroad or CodeCanyon, never on this site — we do not run a checkout here and never see or store your payment details.
Gumroad collects your email address, billing and tax details and payment information to process the sale, under its own privacy policy. As the creator we see your email address, what you bought and the amount, so we can deliver your licence and support you.
Envato collects your account, billing and tax details and payment information as the seller on CodeCanyon, under its own privacy policy. What we see is what Envato shows an author: the purchase and any support request you open, including your Envato username.
We use this to answer you, deliver your licence, and keep records required by tax law.
Who your information is shared with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We rely on:
- Gumroad — our storefront, which processes payment and tax and delivers the files and licence key.
- Envato (CodeCanyon) — the marketplace that sells the licence there and handles payment, tax and invoicing.
- Telegram — delivery of enquiry and purchase notifications to our private team chat.
- Our hosting provider — serving this website and the endpoint that receives form submissions.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Data stored in your browser
This site uses your browser's local storage — not cookies — to remember your theme preference and, in the dashboard, the list of engines you have configured and which one is selected. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
International transfers
Gumroad, Envato and Telegram operate outside India, so information sent to them is transferred and processed abroad. Where that involves personal data of individuals in the EEA or UK, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages remain in our Telegram chat until we clear them; we remove enquiries that did not lead to a customer relationship within 24 months. Purchase records are retained by us and by Gumroad or Envato for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in India is generally eight years.
Security
Traffic to this site and to our form endpoint is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, as is delivery to Telegram. Access to the notification chat and to purchase records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending us credentials, connection strings or other secrets through the contact form — we never need them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your local data protection authority, or to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Data Mirror is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted here.
